It seems everywhere you look, there's another portal on the web.
Some of them are absolute garbage - generic in every aspect. Some
even go so far as to steal keywords by linking up with scumware
that installs itself on your computer and generates disgusting popups
whenever you surf the web, pointing to these portals.
Other directory and guide websites are much more useful. They contain
an organized set of links to quality web sites such as online shops,
information websites and online tools. When you find a useful directory
that lists sites similar to your own, you should submit your website
for review and exchange links with them.
